A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region has vacancy for the position of Operation’s Officer.
We are looking for a detail-oriented operation’s Officer to join our team who will be responsible for processing customer instructions relating to Cash, Cheque and Digital Banking Channels transactions, growth of non-funded income and ensuring compliance to Operational processes and procedures. And will also champion the delivery of excellent customer experience within the unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Handle data entry into financial systems.
•Prepare and compile various reports financial summaries and operational data.
•Assist with customer account reconciliations and other financial data checks.
•Support the management in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
•Provide essential support to the operations team.
•Help maintain and update operational and client databases.
•Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and manage relationships with clients.
•Market products, identify and recruit prospective clients.
•Assist credit team to manage the loan portfolio.

Qualification Required & Experience

•Minimum HND in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
•Minimum two (2) years of experience in operations within microfinance, banking, or financial services.
•Strong knowledge of microfinance operations, loan processes, and regulatory requirements.
•Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office and financial management systems/software.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
