Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

•Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's growth and profitability
•Develop and execute the company's strategic and business plans
•Lead sales, marketing, technical service, finance and administrative teams
•Strengthen relationships with international manufacturers, government agencies, healthcare institutions and development partners
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
•Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
•Oversee financial performance, budgeting, risk management and corporate governance
•Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors
•Build a high-performance organizational culture focused on innovation, accountability and customer satisfaction.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants should possess:

•A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Engineering or a related discipline
•A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) will be a significant advantage.
•At least 10 years of progressive management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
•Experience in the medical diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory equipment or related industry is highly desirable
•Strong commercial, financial, negotiating and leadership skills
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
•Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and lead organizational change
