The Role

• Support pharmaceutical marketing, product launches, product positioning and market development while providing technical expertise and regulatory guidance to the Marketing function

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical input into marketing strategies, campaigns and product positioning
• Develop and review product information and promotional materials
• Support product launches, market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure marketing content complies with FDA requirements and applicable regulations
• Develop product training materials and support Sales & Marketing training
• Monitor market feedback, customer insights and competitor activities
• Support pharmaceutical/healthcare digital marketing initiatives
• Prepare product analyses, reports and presentations

Qualification Required & Experience

• BPharm or PharmD from a recognized institution
• Registered Pharmacist in Ghana with a valid professional license
• 5 years relevant experience preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, regulatory affairs or medical detailing is an advantage
• Experience in product launches and promotional content is an added advantage
