OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
• Lead and project manage country level delivery across mine sites and offices of Talent Management, Learning & Capability, Culture Transformation, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, and People Value Proposition priorities aligned to the Global People Strategy and annual HR Plan.
• Coordinate, implement and monitor Culture & Capability priorities in partnership with Business Unit, site and global stakeholders, with a focus on implementation, adoption and continuous improvement at mine site level.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Coordinate country level talent management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, development planning and maintenance of accurate talent data in OneHR.
• Support implementation of the global Learning & Capability strategy by coordinating learning initiatives, annual planning, programme delivery, learner records, evaluations and reporting.
• Partner with Business Unit, site and global stakeholders to implement capability assessments, technical learning pathways and learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Support delivery of the Group culture vision and annual culture plan by coordinating assessments, employee feedback mechanisms, action plans and culture capability building across sites and offices.
• Implement Inclusion, Diversity & Equity priorities through country roadmaps, representation targets, inclusive hiring practices, awareness initiatives, Employee Resource Groups and progress reporting.
• Drive implementation of the People Value Proposition at country level, aligning employee experience initiatives, communications, campaign content and country updates.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Relevant qualification in HR or a business-related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
• 8 to 12 years relevant experience.
• Solid project management experience managing detailed annual and long-term action plans.
• Proven experience using Success Factors Talent Management, Development, Learning Modules and reporting.
• Sound experience supporting culture change efforts, talent management and learning programmes.
• Sound knowledge and implementation of relevant HR, Culture and Capability related legislation.
• Sound knowledge of and application of HR policies, processes, systems and procedures.
• Excellent planning, organisation and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong systems capability in Success Factors, SAP, MS Project and MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Functional knowledge in talent management, culture change, employee engagement, IDE and capability.
• Good Human Resources functional knowledge with strong project management capability.
• Proactive, reliable and aligned with the AGA Leadership Expectations.
