A reputable institution operating within the financial sector is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacant position of Senior Strategy and Research Analyst.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic dashboard to track the implementation of the 2026-2030 strategic plan across all departments
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly strategic review meetings, providing analytical reports on progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct in-depth research into trends, segment and volatility analysis of deposits in the banking sector to provide strategic insights to member institutions
• Provide the required research and information needed to support the periodic review of coverage limits by the board
• Draft high-level policy papers and briefing notes for the executive management and the board of directors
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative surveys targeting member institutions and the public to measure public awareness and confidence
• Assist in the preparation of technical presentations for international bodies and local stakeholders

General Qualifications

• A master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. A PhD or progress toward one is an advantage
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly desirable

Minimum Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate research and or financial sector analysis
• Advanced proficiency I statistical software (SPSS, Stata or R)
• Expertise in survey methodology and primary data collection techniques
• Strong financial modeling skills
