We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Shipping Manager with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong practical knowledge of ICUMS and shipping procedures
• Experience in port operations, customs clearance and shipping documentation
• Ability to effectively manage a shipping team and coordinate daily operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly resolve operational and clearance issues
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and minimize delays, and related costs
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills
