A fast growing financial institution with branches in Accra, Tema, Kumasi and Takorida seeks to recruit competent individuals in all of its branches, for the role of:- Sales Officers (SO's)

Position Summary

The successful SOs shall be responsible for sale of Savings and Current accounts and the growth of customer deposits according to targets. He/she shall provide efficient, reliable and satisfactory customer service and develop long term relationships with customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement plan for acquiring customers
•  Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers
•  Delivery of reliable and efficient banking services to customers
•  Cross sell the banks products, including loans

Qualification Required & Experience

•  HND or Diploma in Sales, Business or any related field
•  Good verbal and written communication skills
•  Affable personality with selling skills
•  Experience in sales will be an added advantage
