			Job Vacancy For Health Systems Associate At Ipas Ghana
		
							
				
Ipas, an international not-for-profit organization that has, for four decades, been working globally to improve women’s lives through a focus on reproductive health, is seeking skilled professionals to work with Ghana country team in the above position.
This technical position reports to the Programme Manager & Senior Health Systems Advisor and works with the country results team in the head office to provide technical leadership in developing training curricula and tools;
•   Build training, service delivery improvement and scale up capacity;
•   Provide technical assistance for projects and communicate and disseminate Ipas’s training, service delivery improvement and related approaches
He/she will spend approximately 50% of his/her time for travel.  Responsibilities include
Qualification Required & Experience
•   A Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (including BSc. Nursing); an advanced degree in the relevant discipline (MBCHB/MD) will be preferred;
•   4+ years relevant experience;
•   Demonstrated leadership and technical skills in areas of responsibility;
•   Excellent project management skills
•   Excellent communications and writing skills;
•   Ability to represent Ipas externally, including communications and negotiations with partners;
•   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
•   Demonstrated computer experience;
•   Demonstrated cross cultural/language skills
•   Ability to travel as needed to carry out duties and responsibilities, up to 50% of annual work days
Travel up to 50% nationally and 10% internationally
Location: Accra
