Job Summary

•   Assist in planning and managing strategic infrastructural development of the Polytechnic
•   To frame policy on the running of the Hostel
•   To ensure maintenance of Disciplines in and around the Hostel
•   Assist in implementing the master plan of the Polytechnic
•   Assist in the design and development of infrastructure projects
•   Assist in offering technical advice for successful implementation of infrastructural projects
•   Assists in the management of the Hostel
•   Assists in the preparation and control of the office budget
•   Any other duties that may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Masters Degree in Land Economy/Estate Management Or Equivalent Professional Qualification in Estate Management with three (3) years post-qualification experience in the field of Engineering/Estate Management
