The position holder will have the following responsibilities / function:

•   Plan,develop and establish policies and business objectives of the company in accordance with Board directives and company charter.
•   Review activity report and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
•   Plan and develop public relations policies designed to improve company's image and relations with client,employees,shareholder and public.
•   Evaluate performance of staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
•   Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful candidate must have:

•   Minimum Qualification of 1st degree - Masters MBA Finance would be an added advantage.
•   10years' experience in relevant field - Finance, Banking and development.
•   Strong management,development and professional skills.
•   Impeccable presentation,spoken and written skills.
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office.
