A top South African Real Estate company is looking for an exceptional individual to run its recently established Ghanaian subsidiary.

Major Duties / Responsibilities

•   Manage the day-to-day operations and grow the business
•   Implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization
•   Enable the board of Directors to fulfill its governance function
•   Oversee operations of the organization
•   Recruit and hire a team to execute the strategy and business plan
•   Identify and secure real estate development opportunities and investments

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and abilities:

•   Bachelor's degree in a real estate related discipline plus an advanced degree, preferably an MBA in Business / Finance
•   5 - 10 years experience in real estate / related industry with at least 3 years in a senior management position
•   Project management qualification preferable but not a requirement
•   Entrepreneurial skills
•   Excellent multi-tasking and task prioritizing abilities
•   Proficiency in handling highly confidential matters with discretion
•   Be a team players
