Job Vacancy For Credit Controller At Flour Mills of Ghana Limited (Tema)

Key Responsibilities:

•   Contact individuals or business customers to follow up on payment status;
•   Initiate regular customer contact by phone and encourage sales;
•   Explain credit terms and persuade customers to settle their accounts;
•   Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records;
•   Use the customer database to check credit records and make decisions regarding release of goods;
•   Re-negotiate repayment plans if customers are in financial difficulties;
•   Process payments and calculate discounts, rebates, and allowances;
•   Produce accurate and timely reports for management.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance;
•   Must not have more than 2 years of work experience;
•   Must be very good with Microsoft Excel;
•   Must have very good communication skills and good command of written and
•   spoken English;
•   Microsoft NAV knowledge would be an advantage.
