Job Description

•   Develop and implement suitable credit risk policies
•   To ensure the smooth running of both credit and operations department within the set, policies, guidelines and procedure for the benefit of all stakeholders
•   Advise the business on all aspect of credit
•   Manage the loan portfolio in order to minimize the risk of loss
•   Pursuing recovery of loans and advances with a view of achieving maximum recovery at minimum cost

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master's degree or Postgraduate diploma in banking and finance with a concentration in marketing
•   3 - 5 years of relevant and fundamental experience with a financial institution
