Job Purpose:
This role requires the running of the branch as a profit center.

Job Responsibility:

As the Business Head of the Branch/Marketing team, the candidate should be able to:

•   Develop business in a defined market to meet periodic budget targets
•   Organise and work as the leader of the team to achieve the targets
•   Achieve the profitability of the branch
•   Efficiently manage the loan portfolio of the branch
•   Acquisition of new business as well as deepening existing customer relationships through effective and efficient customer liaisons.
•   Profit & Loss/ Balance Sheet Management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University
•   A Professional qualifications/post graduate degrees will be an advantage
•   At least seven (7) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institutions (banks, savings & loans companies, insurance companies) in Ghana with a good working knowledge of the Greater Accra market and about the last three years spent in a marketing/relationship management position
•   Managed a team of at least three (3) members successfully by achieving set periodic financial targets
•   Experience in a start- up location (banks, savings & loans companies, branches, new profit center teams/departments) will be a very big advantage
