WAPCAS wishes to recruit qualified and resourceful individuals to fill the position below:- Project Officers / Field Supervisors

Job Summary

Responsible for designing guiding and directing the day-to-day project activities as well as providing both administrative and technical support on the field

Specific Task:

•   Plan, organise and run the activities in the intervention sites
•   Supervise, monitor and report on activities of peer educators on the field
•   Organise meetings with peer educators o assess progress of work, plan strategies to address challenges, review and clean data collected
•   Liaise with beneficiary groups and relevant stakeholders for inputs in identifying innovative ways of implementing activities
•   Organise logistical support and maintain stock levels of commodities and materials for field work

Qualification Required & Experience

•   1st Degree in Social Work or related program
•   Working experience will be an added advantage
