A new investment banking organisation is seeking to recruit competent and experienced professional to the following position:- Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

•   Carry out checks and tests necessary to ensure that the operations of the company are in accordance with securities laws, rules and regulations
•   Ensure that all relevant employees of the company are kept aware of the laws, rules and regulations pertinent to their areas of responsibility
•   Provide compliance advisory services to management of the company
•   Prepare periodic compliance reports for submission to the CEO and to regulatory authorities

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree in a related field
•   Must have passed the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Course
•   2 - 4 years of previous experience in an investment banking environment
•   Ability to multitask and prioritise in fast paced and dynamic environment
•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
