A reputable Savings & Loans company is seeking to recruit a suitable qualified Ghanaian for the following position:- Relationship Officer

Job Brief

This position will assist in the development and maintenance of commercial/business banking relationships, may manage certain client relationships as assigned

Responsibilities

•   Achieve set sales & service targets and monitor their progress and provide feedback on the improvement required
•   Develops, expands and manages account relationships with clients utilising any and all marketing techniques
•   Cross-sells all bank products and services
•   Manages loans within loan portfolio and monitors customers financial condition, loan performance and repayment history.
•   Takes appropriate corrective action as necessary
•   Represents the bank in community organisations and activities to enhance the bank's image and maintain and enhance a referral network for business development opportunities
•   Meets with clients to discuss new loan requests and loan renewals
•   Makes loan presentation to the Credit committee and/or Board of Directors as required
•   Analyses past due report on weekly basis and contacts delinquent accounts for collection of payments

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor degree is required
•   2 years experience in related field
•   Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
•   Results ability to meet sales targets goals
•   Excellent organisational skills
•   Driven customer focused
