Reports To: General Manager

Purpose of the Job

Mobilizing funding by attracting the individual and institutional investors to high yield fixed income instruments / deposits

Key Accountabilities

•   Develop the sales materials, including the pitch book
•   Plan meetings with high net worth individuals
•   Attract investments in various high yield fixed income instruments
•   Follow up with the process using daily, weekly and monthly reporting as needed

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A University Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
•   3 years of managerial work experience in high net worth and/or corporate deposit mobilization at established financial institution;
•   At least 200 clients under coverage with minimum combined balance of US$ 5.0 million or its equivalent in Ghana cedis

Competencies Required (Skills & Abilities)

•   Ability to develop target pipeline - demonstrable value of the pipeline should be no less than US$ 5.0 million;
•   Ability to develop sales & marketing &  materials;
•   Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
•   High sense of responsibility.
