Responsibilities:

•   Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
•   Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company's message to existing and potential customers.
•   Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities of the branch .
•   Coordinating and participating in promotional activities of the bank.
•   Responsible for the coordination of all deposit mobillsatlon activities of the branch
•   Assist the Branch in the daily business prospecting activities
•   Present monthly deposit reports to the Branch Manager and copy Marketing Manager and Head of Operations.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree in Marketing from a recognised university
•   At least 2 years of working experience in a banking environment
•   Ability to work within a team
•   Must possess practical applications of the concepts of sales and marketing
•   Must be a self-starter and a visionary, as well as disciplined in executing marketing programmes
•   Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
•   Positive attitude and strong work ethics, be self-motivated, tenacious and capable of team leadership and have a proven track record
•   Ability to gather competitive intelligence information and report to the Branch Manager
