Job Vacancy For Estate Manager



Applications are invited from qualified persons to fill the following positions in gated residential estate at East Legon Accra.

Job Summary

Reporting to the board of Directors through the Treasurer, the Estate Manager oversees the entire operations of the Estate including:

•   Supervision of the Security Coordinator and the Horticulture/Maintenance Supervisor
•   Maintenance of financial record, assist in the preparation of annual budgets, annual accounts & audit, Banking transactions and Bank Reconciliation, liaising with service and utility providers
•   Liaison with the various committees of the association
•   Staff recruitment and personnel records
•   Enforement of the rules regulations of the homeowners association and any other sanctions as may be applied from time to time.
•   Convening of meetings

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The position would suit a retired military/police officer age 45 years and above with some experience in office practice & procedures
