Job Description:

• Responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them.
• Facilities managers are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition.
• They also manage any building maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning, to maintain the working environment.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma and Degree Holders

• Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Decision-making.
• The ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
• Teamworking.
• Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture.
