The company hereby invites proposals from qualified and reputable law firms to provide legal services such as defending and asserting the rights of the company

Objective of the Assignment

•The company operates across the 16 regions of Ghana and requires the services of experience law firms to provide legal advisory and representation services in support of its operations

Scope of Services

The Selected law firms will be required to provide, but not be limited to, the following services:

•Legal advisory services on corporate, commercial, land and employment related matters
•Legal representative of the company in litigation and other dispute resolution processes
•Drafting, reviewing and vetting legal documents and agreements etc
•Liaison with courts, regulatory bodies and other state/statutory institutions
•Interpret statute and other legal documents that are applicable to the operations of the company
•Prepare legal opinion for the company
•Any other legal services that may be assigned by the company from time to time

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants are invited from Ghanaian registered law firms who can exhibit outsourcing experience and competence in legal practice in the relevant area of law.

•Land Law
•Administrative and Labour Law/Industrial Law
•Contract and Contract Management
•Property Law
•Any other law as pertains to the operations of the company

Qualification Requirements

•Be duly registered law firm and lawyers in good standing with General Legal Council
•Have a minimum of 7 years in active legal practice
•Demonstrate relevant experience in corporate and property-related legal matters
•Have presence or capacity to operate effectively within the regions applied for.

Applicants should express their interest with the following documents

•Business Registration Certificate (with current renewal certificate)
•Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
•VAT Registration Certificate. (Valid within the last quarter of 2025)
•Valid SSNIT contribution certificate (Valid within the last quarter of 2025)
•License from the General Legal Council
•Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate (or Evidence of registration)
•Curriculum vitae of key personnel of the firm
•Proposed fee structure and billing arrangements
•Preferred regions of operation
•Technical proposal
•Financial proposal

Proposals will be evaluated on:

•Relevant experience and technical competence
•Regional presence and capacity
•Cost effectiveness
•Past performance and references
