Our client is an Engineering Services company that is active in developing power projects and energy sector infrastructure in Ghana and the growing economies of the West African Sub region. The are seeking to recruit proactive, persistent and dynamic professionals to fill the following positions.

Business Development Resource

Working directly with the C.E.O,  the individual selected for this role will assist with the development of new ideas, concepts and business opportunities by identifying partners, markets and new resources.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

. Develop partnership opportunities for the company to expand
. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations based on research findings.
. Examine opportunities for organic growth within the company and remain up to date with industry trends and opportunity.
. Conducts market and research analysis on the industry
. Prepare business plans, proposals and analyze operating capital, cash flow pro-formas and budgets.

Essential Requirements.

. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University
. Must possess a minimum of 3 years work experience in a marketing / business development role.
. Proficient in MS PowerPoint or other presentation software.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with Presentation skills

Working Knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
