An IT Services company working for the financial services industry is seeking to recruit young professional for an entry level position in its operations unit

Role Summary

•   Monitoring of third party interface connections and providing general system operational support

Main Responsibility

•   Manage day-to-day operations of the monitoring system to ensure stability, reliability and availability of services for all connected third parties
•   Provide first/second level support to resolve system failures
•   Learn and use existing business system application to perform operational tasks as may be required
•   Review and analyse close of day system reports

Key Skills

•   Strong troubleshooting skills
•   Customer-oriented and security-minded working philosophy
•   Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with clients, unit mates, and other internal colleagues
•   Willingness to take on challenges and learn new applications

Qualification Required & Experience

Technical skills: At least one year experience in services management and monitoring or related activity
Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
