The Academic Dean of the Organisation Development (OD) Institute provides leadership and direction to the development and implementation of programmes on offer. The individual is also required to support the teaching, research and service activities that are compatible with the institution's vision, mission, policies and strategic objectives.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a PhD degree preferably in any of the Social Science fields.
•   Must be of at least Senior Lecturer status or have at least five refereed publications in his/her area of specialisation.
•   Must have at least five (5) years post qualification teaching/research experience in a tertiary institution.
•   Must have served in a leadership position such as Dean of Faculty or Head of Department.
•   Must have competence and contemporary skills to provide leadership and direction to the Faculty.
