Department: Finance & Administration
Reports to: General Manager

Essential and Responsibilities

•   General responsibility for supervising the accounting procedures of the company
•   Assign and audit the work of the accounting department
•   Engaged in the more critical and confidential aspects of accounting
•   Responsible for the development of policies, systems, special financial studies of major importance
•   Duties require broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex accounting issues

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Qualified Chartered Accountant
•   At least 4 years hands on practical accounting experience
•   Has practical experience in monthly bank reconciliation
•   Has worked with external auditors and understands their needs
•   Worked in a system where financial accounts are prepared on monthly basis
•   Extensive experience using any accounting software
