Deloitte is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer.

Key Responsibilities are not limited to:

• Assist in the preparation of yearly accounts
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements
• Assist in preparation fo cash flow reports
• Assist in preparation of payroll
• Filing of various tax returns, including withholding taxes and PAYE
• Liaise with the banks and monitoring of accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts with bank statements
• Compile schedules of withholding taxes for payment
• Capture all approved invoices
• Propose relevant allocation of costs on invoices
• Process all cheques and transfers invoices for approved payment
• Reconciliation of trade creditors statements
• Allocate all payments made against appropriate trade creditors
• Maintain monthly creditors listing and reconcile balances
• General accounting duties

Staff Advances

• Process payments for staff advance claims
• Process submitted advance settlement forms
• Statutory Payment
• Fixed Assets
• Balance sheet reconciliations

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc in Finance or related course
• Qualified or partly qualified with ACCA/ICAG
• Have hands on working experience of 3 to 5 years
