Our client, a service oriented, recreational and hospitality support organisation intends to recruit competent persons for the following position:

Core Duties:

•   Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments.
•   Research, compile and prepare reports, correspondence or any other information required by management or other agencies.
•   Coordinate or perform activities associated with shipping, receiving, distribution of documents.
•   Consult with managers or other personnel to resolve problems in various areas.
•   Make recommendations to management concerning issues such as staff issues or procedural changes.
•   Assist employees in job duties or company policies or suggest training to be provided.
•   Help implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
•   Participate in the work of colleagues and subordinates to facilitate productivity

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in Administration
•   Minimum two years post-qualification experience
•   Office suite software — Microsoft Office software
•   Effective monitoring and assessment of personnel
•   Good Organization, Planning, and Prioritization of Work.
