Job Vacancy For Administrative Secretary At Ghana AIDS Commission



Objective Position

•   To carry out activities involved in provision of administrative and general support services at the Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Undertakes activities in the provision of administrative and support services at the Commission
•   Performs administrative duties related to the maintenance of facilities at the GAC Secretariat
•   Processes documents involved in staff recruitment, selection and placement
•   Participates in processes related to staff performance appraisal
•   Undertakes activities related to organisations of meetings and similar official functions of the Commission
•   Carries out activities and processes involved in staff training and development

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree in Business/Public Administration, Secretaryship or Social Sciences
•   A minimum of 3 years relevant post-qualification working experience in the public or private sector or the NGO sector

•   Administrative skills
•   Secretarial skills
•   Good human relations and inter-personal skills
•   Effective communication skills
•   Proficiency in the use of the computer and internet skills
