Role Purpose

Responsible for Field Maintenance (Radio links)

Key Responsibilities

•   Installation of all antennas – BTS and microwave
•   Installation of all feeder cables.
•   Maintenance works on all towers such as works on all antenna mounts, greasing etc.
•   Assist Radio Access in trouble shooting and replacement of defective antennas, dishes and feeder cables.
•   Alignment of all microwave antennas for long and short distance links.
•   Supervise painting of towers.
•   Ensure that aviation lights are functioning
•   Assist Radio Network Engineers in Antennae optimizations.
•   Ensure all operation on all towers are done safely with all the right safety wares
•   Partake in link acceptance and ensure links meets international standards.
•   Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required and Experience

•   Basic knowledge in Electronics Engineering
•   1 or 2 years experience in Rigging
