AFC Consultants International and CDC Consult are building the capacilities of service providers along the pineapples, mangoes, citrus and maize value chains in Ghana for the Market Oriented Agriculture Programme of the German Government Together with MoFA.

In the frame of this project, we are looking for:- Agricultural Extension and Training Specialist

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful candidate must have:

•   University degree (BSc or MSc) in relevant field of study
•   Minimum 5 years experience in agricultural training and extension
•   Proven writing skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office

Your application is enhanced by the following:-

•   Experience with fruit farming preferably of the value chains listed above
•   Experience with contract management
•   Experience with ToT (Training of Trainers)
•   Experience with adult education and extension methodology
•   Experience with farm economics
•   Strong communication skills
