A leading Oil Marketing company is seeking for the appropriate professionals, who are knowledgeable, experienced and motivated to fill the following job vacancy: Area Manager

Primary Purpose of Position

• Responsible for the development and performance of all the sales activities in the assigned area.
• Provide stations Managers with leadership in the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company's vision and values
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training programmes for clients, station managers, supervisors and forecourt staff
• Provide leads to potential commercial

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Degree in Marketing / Engineering or other related allied disciplines from a reputable institution
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales management in the oil industry
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel and work outside Accra

Special Features of this position

• Must possess a valid Ghanaian driving license
