The successful incumbent must be able to plan and execute sales targets and activities in Ghana and assigned countries for the Power Generation portfolio, in order to increase sales with all kind of potential customers, and to achieve defined commercial targets.

What are the responsibilities for the role?

•   Proactively define & drive the Sales and Process
•   Develop customer relationships (new & existing)
•   Maximize share of wallet across all Power and Gas business units
•   Lead the internal sales process (up to PM80), including service
•   Plans sales volumes and potential of all customers in the region assigned
•   Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning
•   Analyse the specific market conditions, and build a sound market related network of stakeholders
•   Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions
•   Prepare / coordinate and negotiate proposals, in cooperation with proposal Mgt/other involved professionals and management
•   Coordinate the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs
•   Complete sales and revenue related key reporting
•   Contribute to the development of After-Market business in the region
•   May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters, and influence collaboratively within the organization to secure customer support
•   Manage organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinate dedicated management and staff

Qualification Required & Experience

•   5 years experience in sales within Power & Gas
•   Technical Diploma or Degree
•   The candidate must be from Akkra, Ghana
•   A portfolio of customer relationships in the Power & Gas market
•   Good communication skills
