Qualification Required & Experience

The Branch Manager we are looking for should have:

•   Minimum of good first degree in Administration / Social Sciences / Marketing or its equivalent minimum of Diploma in Chartered insurance institute CII.
•   Minimum of 4 or 6 years work experience in branch management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a reputable insurance organisation.

Required Skills

•   Knowledge of the insurance market
•   People management skills
•   Strong customer relationship management skills
•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•   Excellent negotiation and marketing skills
•   Proficient in ICT skills
•   Experience in change management

Key Competencies include

•   Ability to meet set targets
•   Expertise in customer acquisition
•   Ability to retain existing customers
