Key Responsibilities

•   Ensure set sales and service targets for are achieved, monitor their progress and provide feedback on any improvement required
•   Assess local market conditions and identify current and prosoective sales opportunities
•   Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
•   Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BS in Bus. Admin. or related field, MBA or professional qualification will be an advantage
•   Proven branch management experience
•   Results ability to meet sales targets and production goals
•   Excellent organisational skills, driven and customer focused
