A Financial Institution is seeking to recruit highly focused, motivated, innovative and dynamic results-oriented individual with business acumen to fill the following position at its head office in Accra.

Job Purpose

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for daily Management Operation of a full service Branch Office, including Operations, Credit, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resource and Administration.

•   Credit Administration
•   Debits Recovery
•   Branch Banking Operations
•   HR Management & Administration

Qualification Required & Experience

•   1st Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from accredited university
•   A minimum of 5 years working experience from a recognised financial institution

Location: Takoradi, Swedru, Koforidua, Sunyani and Tamale
