A leading player in the Savings & Loans and Micro-finance Industry, requires experienced and suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a Business Development & Marketing Manager

Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the COO, Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•   Manage the day-to-day Marketing, product and business development and external affairs functions of the company
•   Set the overall marketing, product & business development objectives plans, and monitors performance against plan; reports and takes corrective action against significant deviations
•   Coordinate and implement promotions and public relations activities
•   Develop structured marketing campaigns, consolidated media strategy and packaging of products and services
•   Ensure effective and efficient market research

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Masters’ degree in Marketing or equivalent qualifications is desirable
•   Significant experience in product development and management
•   A minimum of 6 years’ experience in microfinance, commercial banking or financial sector with a minimum of 5 years in similar management position
