Orios Group is seeking to hire highly motivated professionals to assume the following position: Business Development Officer

Job Description

•   Candidate must be one who can identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments, locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities, screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments, closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations

Key Requirements

•   We require a candidate with strong communication and IT fluency, creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems, in-depth knowledge of multiple industry and its current events, must be able to identify new sales leads, pitch products and/or services develop and manage events and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The ideal candidate must have a degree or HND qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years working experience at a recognized organization
•   He/She will assist the Project Manager in preparing business plans and take temporary charge of advisory services in the absence of the Project Manager if needed

OR

•   Candidate must have a degree or HND in Marketing and at least a year or 2 working experience as a salesperson or marketer
