Job Vacancy For Change Management and Communications Coordinator



Chemonics International, an international development firm based in Washington,D.C seeks specialists for a 3-year USAID-funded Case Tracking system project in Ghana. The purpose of this project is to develop a prosecuting criminal case tracking system (CTS) to support the government of Ghana in effectively investigating and prosecuting criminal cases.

We are recruiting for the following position: Change Management and Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for management, oversight, advisory and evaluation functions for developing and implementing targeted change management interventions in support of CTS design and implementation
• Will identify the required change management interventions necessary for the sustainable roll-out of the system, policy and procedural chnages
• Will develop communication and information sharing approaches as necessary

Qualification Required & Experience

• Law degree is preferred
• Fluency in English is required
• Must be familiar with the Ghanaian judicial system and sector, including prisons, police departments, courts and prosecutors
• Should have strong experience in communication and change management
