Job Summary

The position is responsible for but not limited to, the efficient and effective implementation of Compensation and Benefits systems of the company.

Major Accountabilities

•   Preparation of Payroll and other compensation/benefits and reimbursement of staff expenses.
•   Process Employee loan letter to the bank
•   Continually review and recommend payroll improvements for greater efficiency
•   Maintain all payroll files and data bases and respond to payroll related queries
•   Maintain record of monthly medical bills Maintain and ensure a safe workplace
•   Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of first Degree in Administration or related subject with at least two years work experience or HND in Management Studies with not less than four years relevant work experience
•   Must possess very good numerical skills and pay attention to details
•   Good knowledge of the Ghanaian Tax law
•   Must have good human relations with the ability to deal with all levels of people
•   Must be willing to work long and odd hours
•   Must be Computer literate, especially skilled in Microsoft Excel
•   Ability to use payroll systems and applications is essential.
