Organisation Development (OD) Institute seeks a qualified, experienced professional, self-motivated and dynamic individual to serve in a middle-level consulting roles.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master's degree or higher in the behavioral sciences
•   Must have a minimum of five (5) years working experience in the field of consulting, training, research and facilitation
•   Must already have existing network(s) to facilitate procurement.
