A multinational company is seeking to recruit a Country Manager - Wholesale & Enterprise Operations - Ref: CMG

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic direction and Business operations for enterprise and wholesale services
• Responsible for sales force management and reporting
• Maintain and exceed internal SLAs around availability and performance
• Ensure the delivery of Enterprises and wholesale business technology strategy
• Plan, design and implement new business processes
• End to end execution of the customer relationship enhancement programs and initiatives
• Provide relevant & cohesive analysis on business
• Regular monitoring of industry trends, numbers, revenues and competitive activities
• Actively participate in setting the CAPEX/OPEX budgets for the team based on gaps identified in daily operations
• Assist in refining team's mission & goals on quarterly basis

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field
• An MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 15 years experience in leading business portfolio in a telecommunication enterprise business
• Multi-national, multi-geography team leadership experience to bring in best practices
• Proven track record in launching new products and services
• Powerful influencing and negotiation skills
• Effective interpersonal management relationship skills and proven ability to function within a matrix organization
