Asante Akyem Rural Bank Limited, is seeking applications from efficient dynamic and result oriented candidates for the position of CREDIT MANAGER.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Credit shall be responsible for the efficient running of the Bank's credit products, ensuring that the loans are repaid on schedule and delinquency rate not beyond the acceptable standard in the industry.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Degree in Accounting / Marketing / Agricultural Science/Economics or
•   Level III professional qualification i.e. C.A (Ghana) or ACCA
•   A minimum of 7 years working experience in the Banking Industry, 4years of which must be in Credit Administration at Management Level.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

•   Must have good knowledge in General Credit Administration
•   Must have extensive knowledge and experience in community work
•   Must posses good interpersonal. Managerial and Supervisory skills
•   Must be computer literate (Knowledge in application of Emerge T24)
•   Must have good communication and report writing skills
•   Must be a team player
