Job Vacancy For Customer Representative (Accra and Kumasi)

Duties and responsibilities

•   Greet and assist customers at the point of sales
•   Issue receipt
•   Counting out changes
•   Received cash
•   Counting money in the cash drawer and arranging them
•   Identify the price of goods
•   Write invoices
•   Keep proper record of transactions
•   Do reconciliation of accounts
•   Maintain calls register
•   Screen phone calls and arrange call backs

Qualification Required and Experience

•   Be a holder of bachelor degree in any business related fields
•   Be customer service oriented
•   Have at least 2 years relevant working experience
•   Good knowledge of French is desirable

Location: Accra and Kumasi
