Job Vacancy For Customer Service Manager



Job Summary

• Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organisational and operational objectives,

Duties include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
• Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
• Resolve products or service problems by clarifying and handling the customers complaint
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
• Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
• Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably, a business related major
• A master's degree will be an added advantage between 3 to 5 years experience in a related role or related environment (food and beverage production)
• Sound process plant business acumen and ability to influence main cost drivers to achieve set objectives
• Strong computer skills combined with a well developed oral written communication skills
• A strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge through practical guidance
