• Overseeing a portfolio of over 300 housing units
• Manage a team of 10 lettings and services staff
• Provide flawless customer service and exceptional excellence
• Build and sustain extraordinary Customer Relationships
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of service activities
• International exposure in customer service focused industries is beneficial
Qualification Required & Experience
• A degree or master’s with 8 years’ experience in customer service
• Real estate or lettings experience is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
