Job Description

•   Maintain appointment diary either manually and electronically
•   Prepare correspondence and documents
•   Schedule appointments
•   Receiving clients
•   Any other job assigned to the individual

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a minimum of first degree in the relevant field
•   Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
•   Verbal and written communications skills
•   Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
•   Professional personal presentation and customer service orientation skills
•   A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar discipline
