Job Vacancy For Data-Entry Manager



Key Responsibilities:

•   The Data entry Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and management of information of the organization.

The primary roles and responsibilities of the Data entry Manager shall include:

•   Plan assign and evaluate data entry tasks by each clerk to reach the overall objectives of the program and the organization.
•   Schedule and monitor data processing functions and systems.
•   Assist to recruit, train and assign work-plans to Data entry clerks
•   Supervise a team of Data entry clerks in conducting data entry.
•   Review data for deficiencies and correct any errors if possible and check outputs
•   Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
•   Maintain high security standards and work diligently.
•   Do any other related work when the team deems it fit in the interest of the organization

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree in science or technology or mathematics/statistics or a minor in any of the above mentioned subjects with four (4) years relevant working experience. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
•   Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
•   Strong computer skills. Advance proficiency with Microsoft office (Word and Excel, Outlook, etc) and data programs
•   Must have excellent data entry skills, be well organized and able to multi task.
•   Ability to review and interpret data processes and reports.
•   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and as part of a team
•   Excellent organizational and time management skills
•   Good typing and accuracy skills
•   Trustworthy with an eye for detail and ability to priorities
•   Experience with non-governmental organizations is preferred.
•   Strong interpersonal relationship skills are required
•   Must have proactive attitude: willingness and ability to take initiative
•   Age limit (30 years and above)
