Reporting to the Head of the Institution, the Dean will be required to provide overall leadership and direction to the development and implementation of programmes on offer and to support the objectives and plans of the institution.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A doctorate and achievements sufficient to merit the rank of a Professor:
•   Minimum often (10) years teaching experience in undergraduate / postgraduate courses at tertiary institutions;
•   Strong administrative experience with visionary outlook;
•   Strong commitment to teaching and learning;
•   Commitment to diversity.
