Job Vacancy For Deposit Manager



Reports To: General Manager
Location: Head Office, Accra

Purpose of the Job
Oversee all operational functions, staff management, vendor management, business continuity and budget planning and service level agreements monitoring and control for the Deposit Services department of the company.

Key Accountabilities

•   Translate the customer service business plans and strategies developed into relevant and productive day –to- day implementation plans and actions for deposit service teams.
•   Participate in company-wide activities related to (MIS) hardware / software conversions and oversee the deliverables for the Deposit Services  team
•   Ensure all deliverables remain on target
•   Develop an effective network of communication within the operations team and with key working units to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activities.
•   Compile regular ( prudential reports) and special reports as required by BOG and Management.
•   Work closely with compliance, audit, risk and fraud departments to ensure operational standards are consistent with the most current regulatory guidelines and that effective controls are implemented to mitigate risk and losses to the company.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelors’ Degree, an MBA, Diploma in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage
•   8 years management experience in banking operations in a large financial institution , and
•   Experience in customer service/ relationship management will be a distinct advantage.
